In order to strengthen and facilitate the formative labour, some of the creations made by the Sotavento´s Formative Plan are:

Didactic guides to primary and secondary school. These guides try to stablish the didactic link between the visit to the farm and the objectives proposed by present educational programmes. Guide to the efficient consumer. Informative three-part document whose objective is to raise the visitor´s awareness of a responsible energetic consumption. Visitor guide. Oriented to those visitors who want to visit the farm by their own, we have drawn up a recomended route, in order to make the formative visit easier. Renewable Energy Guide. Publication dealing with renewable energies related subjects, such as operation and characteristics. Renewable Energy Leaflet. Operating manual in which we explain the advantages and disadvantages of renewable energy. Renewable energies and tradition. Retrospective and comparative vision of traditional energy sources and present energetic reality. Environmental information guide. This guide has been made by the University of Santiago. It is a complete environmental study of the location of the Farm: landscape, flora, fauna, wealth, resources, etc. Technological guide of the Farm. Directed to the groups, with a thorough knowledge of the subject. The main objective is to show the different technologies present in Sotavento, the same as the main characteristics. The stone´s Route. Manual that makes the run of this singular route easier. It has been elaborated by the Museum of Natural History and its characteristics make the route the only one in Galicia. History of the wind mills. Data collection about wind power from its origin to nowadays.
