On May 18, more than fifty participants in the ERASMUS + program promoted by the Xunta de Galicia toured the facilities of the Experimental Wind Farm of Sotavento.
The program aims to support European and national policies in all fields of formal education through the added value of internationalization and offer greater possibilities for mobility and cooperation, both teachers and students in our country.
Under the motto, A CALL FROM SCHOOLS “FOR THE LESS DESTRUCTION LET’S REDUCE THE CONSUMPTION”, teachers and students from 6 European countries (Italy, Lithuania, Turkey, Romania, Greece and Spain) make exchanges to promote savings and efficiency In schools.
During his visit to Spain, more than fifty participants in the program, led by the Erasmus + team of IES of A Pobra do Caramiñal, a center immersed in the project, participated in the informative activities in Sotavento, knowing first hand the measures Of efficiency and / or savings applied and promoted in the fight for the reflection of a responsible use of the energetic resources in particular and the environmental problems in general.
