On Tuesday, September 23, the application period opens for managing school visits for this academic year. Due to high demand from the education community and the general public, Sotavento cannot guarantee dates to carry out the activity during the current school year for all requests.
Sotavento has an energy education activity programme carried out in facilities of more than 1,000 m2, including a real bioclimatic house as a highlight. Energy efficiency and its environmental and economic impacts in the use of different energy sources are key aspects around which the educational plan is structured.
In addition, activities are also carried out in the educational centres that request them: a format in which educators and materials travel to the schools themselves.
